INITIAL CONSULTATION
During a 90-minute visit, we'll gather enough information to create a personalized nutrition and exercise plan for you. You'll get materials and an app to help you follow the plan. Our aim is to equip you with skills to handle daily situations in a healthy way.
PACKAGES
We provide two packages that aim to help you achieve your objectives:

The Nutrition Package includes the initial consultation, with one 60-minute follow-up visit or two 30-minute follow subsequent appointments.

The Keep It Going Package offers three 60-minute follow-up visits or six 30-minute follow-up visits.
THE VIRTUAL PROGRAM
TALK NUTRITION is an interactive online course to help you achieve your goals, whether they are for weight loss or maintenance of healthy lifestyle choices.
The course features four informative video presentations and helpful nutrition materials like meal plans. You'll also get access to an app that lets you keep a photo food journal, track your weight, and record your goals throughout the program. Plus, you'll have ongoing access to the app after the course ends.
THE RESULTS PROGRAM
The Results Program is our most comprehensive plan. After the Initial Consultation, with this program, you receive daily feedback from one of our nutritionists through the app, and biweekly review and counseling sessions including a 60-minute and a 30-minute visit.
THE RESULTS PROGRAM "LITE"
The Results Program "Lite" differs in frequency and amount of feedback. We provide monthly visits, with one 60-minute visit or two 30-minute visits if preferred, and weekly feedback through the app.
BARIATRIC SURGERY EVALUATIONS
Learn how to transition from your current way of eating to how you'll need to eat following bariatric surgery. A healthy diet following bariatric surgery leads to healthy weight loss (loss of fat versus muscle) and long-term weight maintenance. This appointment includes the nutrition evaluation letter required for the insurance approval process.
